Priya & Cliff

First off, you did an amazing job helping us get to our destination wedding and if it weren't for you, I don't even know how we would have done this at all. You have been an amazing travel agent for Cliff and I and for our group. You were very patient with us and provided us with great customer service the whole way through- very professional at all times which I really appreciate considering we were such a big group with different personalities coming from all over the map. I have to say, we could not have picked a better resort that met our requirements for our destination wedding. You recommended and "hooked us up" big time with the Gran Caribe Real Cancun. As for the wedding services, as you know we had some difficulty with the pre-planning before we got there- but you were there with us, helping us along the way and providing assistance when we needed it. But once we got there there was not a complaint or stress to be voiced from either myself or Cliff. We felt very confident that all would be taken care of. Overall, everything went as planned and better than we expected. Everyone commented on how great the resort was. We had a fabulous time and we loved the resort enough that our friends would return there, and those with families would definitely go back there. Thank you again, Jen, for your hard work and effort and for taking such great care of us as a couple and on behalf of the group.
